You've done
the work. Now take it
out of the lab
and into the world.

For technical and scientific founders in health, climate, and deeptech whose work is ahead of what the market understands. And for the funds, family offices, and capital platforms rethinking how that kind of work gets backed.

See the practice ↓
Point of view

Founders are building things the market doesn't have a framework for yet.

The investors who understand the science aren't always the ones with capital. The capital that's available doesn't always understand the science. And the narrative and commercial help available to founders was built for companies in existing categories - not for work this early, this complex, or this important.

The problem

The valley of death is real.

The science isn't the bottleneck. What stops important work from reaching the world is everything that comes after it - the narrative, the capital connections, the market access, the network.

  • A story that isn't reaching the people who need to act on it.
  • Capital mapping that hasn't been done for this kind of work.
  • A market with no playbook or comparable precedent.

Get any of these wrong and the cost is the same: lost growth opportunity, misaligned capital, months building relationships that lead nowhere. And reputational damage in the small networks where everyone talks.

That gap is where this work lives.

The Practice

Untold is not a consultancy briefed from the outside. It's a commercial partner embedded in the work - building the narrative, opening the right conversations, and moving founders and capital platforms from where they are to where they need to go.

My 20 years span media, technology, and capital - global brands, early stage, scale-ups, and hyper-growth, and markets I lived in rather than passed through. Boardrooms in Doha, accelerators in Lagos, pitches in New York. Trust looks different in each room, and so does the right move.

The move into early-stage and capital was deliberate. I walked away from the biggest platforms in media and tech to get inside this world - funds, platforms, founders - and worked my way in, conversation by conversation. What I found was a pattern: the work that matters most is often the hardest to back. Untold is built for exactly that.

Range

What this
gives you.

Pattern recognition across stages, sectors, capital systems, and markets is not something you can compress. It accretes. What that produces - specifically:

01

Seniority without ego.

I've been in the room at the most senior level. I know how those rooms work. And I still do the work myself. Most people at this level stopped executing years ago.

02

Judgement under ambiguity.

I've navigated enough uncertain situations - politically complex, culturally complex, commercially complex - to know what to do when there's no playbook. I'm most useful when the path isn't clear.

03

The ability to see the whole board.

Capital, narrative, market, execution - holding all four simultaneously and knowing which is actually the problem requires having operated across all four. There's no shortcut.

04

Transparency.

I've seen enough to know what moves capital and markets - and what doesn't. So I tell you the truth: when the story isn't ready, when the raise isn't ready, or when the narrative isn't actually the obstacle.

05

Real relationships, not LinkedIn connections.

Twenty years of relationships across the rooms where this work gets backed, bought, and understood: capital across funds and family offices, enterprise decision-makers, editors who shape how new categories and breakthroughs get seen, and founder networks from Forbes Under 30 to ERA to CHIEF - spanning five continents.

Work together

Engagements are shaped around what the moment requires.

Retainer, project, or something we design together. Every engagement starts with a conversation.

01

First Look

A focused audit of your positioning, narrative, and commercial infrastructure - delivered as a clear picture of where you are, where the gaps are, and what to do first. Fixed scope, fixed fee. The fastest way to find out where to focus.

02

Focused Sprint

For a specific, high-stakes moment: a fundraise, a market entry, a platform launch. Scoped tightly around one objective - narrative, capital access, GTM, or market entry - and built to move through it.

03

Embedded

Ongoing partnership, embedded in the work. Not briefed from the outside - present in the decisions, the conversations, the pivots. Strategy, narrative, capital fluency, and network in one person, working directly alongside you.

04

Advisory

A lighter-touch ongoing relationship for founders and platforms who need a trusted thought partner available across the moments that matter.

Neta is a philanthropic asset manager and investment bank building something without precedent: GrantVestments™ deploy philanthropic capital as early-stage capital, structured so returns recycle back to the donor-investor to be given again rather than being spent once. The model falls between grantmaking and venture and belongs cleanly to neither, with no established playbook and no comparable to point to. As fractional CMO, building the brand narrative and value proposition from scratch, and translating the model for investors, mission-aligned founders, family offices, advisors, fund managers, and the research institutions moving science out of the lab. Architecting the GTM, including the investor strategy targeting newly liquid wealth. Matching investors to the opportunities that fit their conviction, and telling the category story that brings the next set in. The Icahn School of Medicine at Mt Sinai program won a 2025 DAF Giving Summit award.

A $1B ambition and 32 portfolio companies, raising against a shorter track record and a structure the market had no frame for. Rebuilt the brand and investor experience end to end, executed a Nasdaq partnership and launch event, and built the platform programs behind Mammoth Biosciences, Einride, and Air Protein.

Embedded with founders through the run-up to demo day: sharpening the pitch, pressure-testing product-market fit, shaping customer stories, and opening doors to the partners and investors that mattered. Advised the climate vehicle on fundraising, investor relations, and early founder pipeline.

The Trade Desk was making the case for a better, open internet against big tech's walled gardens, and the job was educating a market: translating the complexity of the advertising ecosystem into a story agencies, brands, and ultimately consumers could act on. Ran all global campaigns as GM of Global Brand and Campaigns, and led the product marketing org as interim VP, one of a five-person leadership team in a 150-person org supporting $400M+ per quarter, with a $47M budget across NAMER, EMEA, and APAC. Ran the marketing org's operating rhythm, connecting its priorities with sales, product, and engineering. Launched the "Because It Matters" brand platform, and partnered with the C-suite and IR on earnings narrative and category positioning.

Global Head of Category for the technology segment, building programs directly with C-level counterparts at Google, Amazon, Samsung, Microsoft, and Uber. Quarterbacked the $100M Google partnership. Launched the first-ever Global edition of Wrapped, and built the Samsung device graph program, a data partnership that increased revenue by 30%.

Six years, four promotions, second to the CMO, building and leading a 25-person team across brand, growth, insights, audience, and partnerships. Scaled Under 30 into a founder ecosystem spanning the US, Europe, West Africa, and Asia-Pacific. Owned audience, community, and partner strategy for 86+ events a year, including the flagship summits. Co-founded Forbes8, an incubator that scaled across West Africa and Haiti with its own programmed accelerators. Modernized the 8M-record marketing engine itself: ABM, marketing automation, and sales partnership programs still in market today. Led the Webby-winning Centennial campaign.
